To ensure that our guests enjoy the comfort and good rest, our quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am

Smoking is prohibited on our premises. Please use the designated smoking area by the house.

Please note that fire safety must be observed; do not use electric irons, heaters or other devices that are not part of the in-room equipment.

Violation of any of these rules shall result in termination of the contract with the centre; the deposit for the stay will not be reimbursed. Scope of responsibility in the form of a declaration of the user and signing the agreement for the rental of a fishing boat and fishing equipment - reels, rods etc.

The deposit is NOK 4,000 and is not refundable if the host of the centre finds damage to the boat, engine, housing elements or equipment took place during the rental period.

The service user is responsible for all damages and losses that may occur during usage. We suggest that you take photos of the boat and fishing equipment before you go out fishing.

The service user is also responsible for persons authorised by him/her to use the boat.

The service user should comply with all signage and routes at sea.

It is forbidden to use the boat under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants.

As a boat hirer, please familiarise yourself with the Norwegian rules on inspection of ships; Ordinance of 11.11.1981, copy available at the centre.

An essential part of planning is to set the route to the fisheries and mark it in the navigation record each time you leave the centre.

In the event of an engine failure, it is vital to stay calm and drop anchor (to prevent drifting towards the rocks), immobilising the boat until help from the centre arrives by boat.

If possible, raise the engine up to prevent damage to the propeller and the shaft.

During fishing, the hirer should at all times stay in communication with the host by radio or phone.

Persons born after 01.01.1980 must have a Norwegian motorboat certificate or other valid document certifying them to use the boat.

The skipper of the boat declares that he or she knows how to operate the boat and has the necessary practice.

They should behave in a reasonable manner and assess the weather conditions on departure and during fishing. During the windy or foggy conditions, due care and responsible approach will translate onto a pleasant stay on the fisheries.

Always use life jackets or floatation suits.

In addition, the skipper is obliged to monitor the fuel level at all times.

Please take care of cleanliness on board to avoid slips.

The maximum number of persons allowed on the boat is 5.

The hirer should avoid experimenting, i.e. shortening the course or drifting too close to islands, shallows and rocks.
